Refund policy
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at whatisgoingon.info@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
If there was something wrong with your order (size, color, print) please reach out for a full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations/Shipping Info Update
Cancel within 4 hours after placing your order to receive a full refund. If you need to change your address, please let us know within 4 hours, as that is an error outside of our control. Please triple check your address before ordering!
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for errors in the buyers control like wrong sizing. This is because we don't carry any inventory. Once you place your order, it's sent to our US-based fulfillment company for printing and shipping. This is not a big company, just a goy with a dream and way too much free time. PLEASE triple check your address before ordering!
